I’m a new teacher to the school and I like to keep the kids happy whenever I can, so I ordered a bunch of cheap acrylic trophies to hand out to each student in the class. I made up awards that they qualified for and presented them as they graduated from 5th grade to middle school. The kids got a big kick out of it and I looked like the coolest teacher in school.
