Your mission in Laser Cannon 2 funny physics game is to shoot, squash, blow up and destroy all the monsters in each level by using your laser cannon. The new “Laser Cannon” is bigger, better and more beautiful. So, we basically engage in the slaughter of these poor defenseless creatures. With an easy-going and relaxing music in the background. Oh so very enjoyable. Fun, thought provoking game. Thanks. Minor issue on Level 20, if you beat it in 3 shots you only get 300 points, but if you use an extra shot and beat it in 4 you get 350. It doesn’t seem right to get a higher score for a less efficient completion.

The bottom of the email contains a URL in which the player is told to click in order to prove they are indeed the rightful owner of the account and their complaint will be passed along to the proper authority.  Herein is the scam, as the link is clearly false.  It sends the user to a webpage which is not secure and grants the scammers access to all of your personal information.

There have been ongoing discussions as to whether video games should be considered art.  Traditional artists typically do not believe so, but graphic designers have long tried to argue their case.  A hint that perhaps video games are being viewed as art by the community is a newly announced exhibit to be shown at the Smithsonian American Art Museum. 

The famous Washington, D.C. museum announced a new exhibit set to run March 16 – September 30, 2012, entitled “The Art of Video Games.”  According to the museum the exhibit will “explore the 40‐year evolution of video games as an artistic medium, with a focus on striking visual effects, the creative use of new technologies, and the most influential artists and designers.”  The exhibit will start by looking at games created for Atari and end with games available for Sony PlayStation 3.  Such memorable games as Donkey Kong, Zelda, Halo and others will be featured.  If you visit the museum during the display, you will be allowed to play Pac-Man, Super Mario, Myst and World of Warcraft as part of the exhibit. 

Over the past few months gamers were able to vote on which games should have been honored at the gala.  The original list contained 240 selections, spanning different eras and a variety of gaming systems.  In the end 80 games were selected.  While most are pleased with the final list, there are some who are annoyed that sporting games were not included.
